You give the lone warrior the pill.
"What's this?" He asks in surprise.
"It must be the antidote. Found it on the leader."
Antonio eyes you in question, but decides to submit to your confidence. He swallows the pill while drinking some water from one of the canteens. Only a few seconds later, his body grows plump and green. Soon he turns into a dragon. He stares at you with no expression. You back up only to find a rock at your back. Without a blink the dragon breathes fire on the rock behind you. You stumble to your feet and stand there in fear. You both stare into each other's eyes.
