"Good choice." the man says, before opening his mouth to reveal sharp fangs. Before you could do anything, the man lurched towards your throat and bit through the skin. You struggled as he sucked your blood, before slowly giving in as your strength left you. Your eyelids grew heavy, only managing to see the man bite his own wrist and move it towards your lips before all you saw was darkness.

That was how your human life ended, and how you were reborn as a vampire.
